You can change a purchased item within 10 days from its delivery.

Please bear in mind the when returning an item:

• It should be in the same unused condition as when received.
• When we receive your package with the good(s), we will control it/ them and then proceed with the exchange.

You can exchange your purchased product with another product of the same or of a higher value. In case of exchanging for a product of hight value you will need to pay the difference.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, it can either be exchanged with a new product or you can receive your money back. We do not return money for non-faulty products.

Return process:

Pack the product/ products as safely as possible. If returning a faulty item, please contact us first by emailing contact@dafne.gr or calling 0030 2393071388. Return shipping costs will be covered by Dafne only in the case a product is faulty. In any other case you will have to cover the shipping cost of returning an item. We advice that you use recommended postal service or a courier service that will provide you with a shipping number so that you can follow delivery of the package.
